Clients: Hisense (海信), Sira Intelligent (思锐智能), New Core Technology (新核芯)
Hisense precision instruments, Sira Intelligent's semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and New Core Technology's advanced manufacturing systems represent some of the highest-value cargo moving from China to global destinations. A single piece of semiconductor lithography equipment can be worth tens of millions of dollars — and it is extraordinarily sensitive to vibration, tilt, humidity, and impact. Traditional wooden crating and standard container loading methods are completely inadequate for this class of cargo.
The challenge is multi-dimensional: road transport vibrations during trucking to port, low-frequency rolling motion during ocean transit, humidity fluctuations as the vessel crosses climate zones, and multiple handling operations at origin port, transshipment hub, and destination port. Each touchpoint is a risk. Each risk must be engineered out of the process.
We engineered a four-layer protection system, with each layer designed to address a specific failure mode:
Custom-calibrated dampers matched to each piece of equipment's weight and fragility profile. These dampers absorb both high-frequency vibration (road transport, port handling equipment) and low-frequency motion (ocean swell, vessel engine vibration). Each damper is rated for a specific load range — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Self-adhesive tilt indicators installed on all four corners of every crate. They trigger a permanent visible alert if the cargo tilts beyond 30° in any direction. This provides objective, indisputable evidence of proper handling throughout the entire transit — or immediate identification of a handling incident. Insurance claims become straightforward with this evidence chain.
Industrial-grade vacuum packaging with desiccant inserts creates a sealed environment around each piece of equipment. Humidity indicator cards placed inside the seal provide visible proof that the equipment stayed dry. This is critical for semiconductor equipment where even trace humidity can cause corrosion on precision surfaces.
Each crate is designed and built for the specific equipment it protects — not selected from a catalog. Internal bracing is engineered to distribute load evenly and prevent any movement inside the crate, regardless of orientation changes during handling and transport.
Sea freight is used for standard deliveries with continuous temperature and humidity monitoring throughout the voyage. Air freight is available when delivery timelines are critical — we maintain priority booking arrangements with major carriers for high-value cargo, ensuring space even during peak season.
One contract. One team. One point of contact. From the factory floor in China to the installation site at destination. Customs clearance at both ends. Final delivery with signed confirmation of receipt and a comprehensive condition report.
